Q. What will the Byhalia Area Chamber of Commerce
provide?
A. The Chamber of Commerce Staff (with three weeks notice) will provide:
A set of mailing labels of Chamber members (approx. 250)
...First set: $25 Second set requested: $50
A set of mailing labels of prospective members, government, media,
etc. (approx. 500)
...First set: $75 Second set requested: $100
A listing for your event in the Upcoming Chamber Events flyer
and email distribution.
A designed one-page flyer or a postcard and ONE camera ready
copy. Cost: $25
Chamber representative(s) to attend event; contact local officials
and board of directors of event; the ribbon and “picture” scissors
for your Ribbon Cutting; contact local newspapers about event date,
time and location; picture to local newspapers (publication is at media
discretion).
Q. What does the Chamber Member provide?
A.
The Chamber Member (with three weeks notice) will provide:
Mailing
labels and/or assistance with flyers/postcards. Prior
to event call the Chamber at 662-838-8127 to set your date, time and
make request.
Information to be included in the Chamber Upcoming Events.
Copies of flyers/postcards. Postage. Member will mail flyers/postcards
two weeks prior to event.
Refreshments, door prizes, etc.
Q. What if Chamber Member ONLY wants a Ribbon
Cutting?
A. The Chamber Staff (with three
weeks notice) will list the event in the Chamber Upcoming
Events flyer/email.
Chamber representative(s) will attend, contact
elected officials and board of directors to attend, provide the ribbon
and “large” scissors for Ribbon Cutting, contact local
newspapers about event, submit one picture to local newspapers after
the event (publication is at media discretion).
A. The Chamber Member (with three weeks
notice) will:
Notify the Chamber office to request the Ribbon Cutting. Staff will
verify date and time with member.
Contact employees, family and friends
about Ribbon Cutting (must be on time).
Option Available (with four weeks notice):
The Chamber will provide design of flyer/postcard, copies of flyers/postcard
and mailing to Chamber Members listing. Total fee: $150 plus postage
